John’s Notes: The best notes that I can give are not my own. One comes from ID evangelist Stephen Meyer and the other from Jess Willians who commented on Meyer’s social post of this article.
Stephen Meyer: “More fine tuning. ‘Somewhat like the shields created by force fields on Star Trek that were used to repel alien weapons, we are seeing an invisible shield blocking these electrons. It’s an extremely puzzling phenomenon.'”
Jess Willians: “Richard Dawkins likes to mock theists as preferring ‘magical’ explanations instead of ‘natural’ explanations. Of course aside from intelligent causation this ‘forcefield’ itself is magical, along with all other cosmological fine tuning and especially the complex specified information necessary for life itself, and found in massive abundance in every living cell! Ironically, Richard Dawkins and all other so called ‘naturalists’ believe in huge amounts of ‘magic’ by scientific default, while ID proponents simply accept by far the most natural explanation, which is that an intelligent agent designed something for a purpose. What a radical idea! And how exactly is that radical idea so ‘magical’ when we all see it and do it everyday?“
